[gecko]DHL restrictions?

I switched to UPS after 9-11 changes to US Postal that made it too 
compromised for my customers. Very few problems and excellent service, 
agreed. I asked them for example what would happen if one of their 
forklifts should destroy a box of my geckos - they said they would cover 
it!
