Elizabeth,

Yes, the humidity box was at 92 degrees and 90% humidity. I may try
rubbing the toes in a day or two if I don't see any improvement on its
own. She is back in her cage where the roughest thing is cork bark,
though I suppose I could put in a piece of sandstone. The reason she
had a bad shed is from the recent power outage. I am in Redmond, my
power was out for 5 days. After two days of trying to keep them warm
with heat packs, I boxed up the geckos and took them to my office
manager's house, but they got a little dry after a couple days. Not a
problem for the /Coleonyx/, /Tarentola/, or even my Crestie, but the
/vittatus /do like their humidity. And of course the cold and the
handling probably didn't help either. At any rate they all seem to be
doing fine except for this one problem.
I actually met you a few times at NWCBE, saw you there with your
/L. lugubris/ and your /Oedura/. I am always annoyed at how few geckos
are represented, seems like it's mostly about the snakes. I know
there's a Frog Fest here each year, wouldn't mind seeing Gecko Fest as
well. That would be cool! :)
